Cancellation Policy
1.1. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
Refunds will be initiated within 48 business hours
1.2. Post-Dispatch Cancellation
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted, due to food safety and logistics constraints.
Eligible issues may instead be addressed under the Return & Replacement Policy.
1.3. Delivery Refusal
Uninformed refusal of delivery may result in deduction of actual forward and reverse logistics costs from the refund amount.
