Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
Tāroi follows a transparent and food-safe return and replacement policy in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection and food safety regulations.
1.1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacements
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged, leaking, broken, or tampered
Product received is incorrect (does not match the order placed)
Product has manufacturing defects or quality issues upon delivery
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind or taste preference
- Delay in consumption or storage issues post-delivery
- Products opened, consumed, or partially used
1.2. Reporting Timeline·
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Requests raised after this window will not be eligible
1.3. Condition for Replacement / Refund
To qualify:
- Product must be unused and unopened
- Original packaging, labels, and batch details must be intact
- Photographic or video evidence of damage/issue is mandatory
1.4. Return / Replacement Process
Contact customer support at support@taroi.in (or designated email)
Share Order ID, issue description, and clear images/videos
Upon verification, Tāroi will:
Arrange a replacement shipment, or
Initiate a refund, as applicable
1.5. Replacement & Refund Resolution
Replacements (if available) are dispatched within 2–3 business days
If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed
1.6. Refund Mode & Timeline
Refunds are issued via the original payment method
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer
Refunds are initiated within 48 business
hours of approval
Bank reflection may take 2–7 business days
1.7. Free Gifts & Combos
Any complimentary or bundled items must be returned along with the primary product for a return or refund to be processed.
